Anyone can Create a Beautiful Website with Wordpress. Wordpress websites are powerful with built in SEO and offer thousands of free plugins.
Step One -Choose a Theme
To the left is the actual dashboard menu you will see on your host. A good way to start is to pick a theme for your site. On the left bar, do you see Appearance? You will click themes, underneath appearance. You will see your available themes but dont worry, there are thousands of free great themes to choose from.
Step Two-Make Posts
Once you have your theme, the next logical step is to make a post. Do you see Posts on the left? On your copy of Wordpress you will choose Posts and then Add New. A post is a block of information that you add by typing or pasting into a small word processor like editor(seen below) Above this posting block you will see Upload/Insert with a row of small icons. Choose the first icon to add a photo or image.You can edit where the picture appears as in left, center or rear.
Your first post can be an introduction to your website. Try to add a post or two a day. Soon your website will look great. Your first basic page doesnt have to be a twenty page website. Many great sites started with just a few posts.
